Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead and oversee a team of 3-4 inside sales representatives. This is a leadership position requiring active involvement in managing existing customer relationships, with a focus on winning back lost customers and expanding business within our current client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to implement a strategic contact model tailored to a large customer base. Proficiency in CRM and other software systems is essential for tracking customer interactions and developing effective contact plans. Additionally, the Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team while ensuring accountability and adherence to contact metrics. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound calling, with an emphasis on customer retention and expanding current systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of 3-4 inside sales representatives

- Develop and implement strategic contact models for existing customers

- Utilize CRM and other software systems to track customer interactions

- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for reordering products from previous customers

- Spearhead the implementation of new systems and technologies to better analyze customer data and patterns

- Implement robust questionnaire systems to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction

- Conduct outbound calls to retain customers and expand business

- Foster a culture of accountability and success within the sales team

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales leadership, with a focus on outbound calling

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable

- Proficiency in CRM and other software systems for contact management

- Experience in implementing new systems and technologies to analyze customer data

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for customer retention and expansion

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary & Benefits:

This is a salary + bonus position with potential compensation advances based on achievements of goals and performance.

This is an in-office position located in 9001 Sterling St, Irving TX.
