What you’ll do:
Understand Keytel’s services and offerings and connect them to client technology needs
Establish long term, thriving relationships with clients
Communicate with clients about their business goals and technology needs
Communicate client needs to the team
Client business reviews to discuss metrics, upcoming changes, contract renewals, issues, etc.
Recommend products and services that will help clients and generate sales
Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after incident resolution
Skills you’ll need:
Previous experience in a client account management, account executive, or similar role
Excellent oral and written communication
Professional presentation - ability to project confidence and expertise
Patience and diplomacy - conflict resolution and reasoning skills
Willingness to pivot - “interruptions” are par for the course
Ability to communicate with technical staff and non-technical end users
Executive level understanding of hardware, software, and problem-solving methods to ensure our techs know how to help your clients
Self-motivated team player with ability to work autonomously
Compensation/Benefits
Salary range 60-80k per year, scalable based upon experience.
