This position is a hybrid role, and we are seeking an East Coast candidate who can regularly commute to our plant locations in Salem, NH, Monroe, NH, Greencastle, PA, or Gainesville, GA.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will drive innovative programs and communications enabling our employees, communities, and business partners to flourish through stronger relationships and connectivity, meaningful programs, and deeper engagement inside and outside of the company that will center on our social and environmental work.

Description:

Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to support our employees, partners, customers, and the local communities in which we operate.

Work collaboratively to support public policy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, issues management and reputation building efforts, effectively linking ESG, DEI and B-Corp to our business strategy.

Manage company B-Corp certification process and lead other B-Corp related initiatives on an ongoing basis.

Collaborate across the enterprise to support setting ESG and DEI goals and implementation and manage the communication and reporting of ESG and DEI strategy, goals, and performance.

Develop ESG and DEI narratives to drive impactful communications strategies that reach a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including driving data collection and reporting initiatives.

Work cross-functionally to support our related communications strategy, including ownership of internal employee-focused communications.

Conduct Issue research and assist in building communications tool kits for business to help in managing on-going and developing issues.

Manage corporate giving and volunteer programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

Hybrid ability preferred near plant locations - Salem NH, Monroe NH, Greencastle PA, or Gainesville GA

Location preferred in the East Coast

Work from home role, must be able to travel to plant locations regularly

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Outstanding project management skills.

Experience with a B Corp-certified employer, including driving the certification or recertification process.

Experience working in a fast-paced, for-profit company environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience developing communications for a variety of internal and external audiences.

Experience with process improvement.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work collaboratively and successfully across various teams.

Sound judgement and effective decision-making skills.

Ability to travel 25% of the time, including by car and air.
