ARGEN™ is a laboratory benchtop, multi-cell, static light scattering instrument offered within our Biopharma product portfolio. It is utilized to continuously monitor the dynamics and stability of therapeutic proteins, peptides, and biopolymers under various thermal, chemical, or mechanical environments and stress conditions.
We are currently looking for a motivated Summer Lab Intern to assist our team in various wet lab projects. Approximately 8 weeks during the summer months. Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate academic commitments.This internship requires onsite attendance.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Conduct experiments under the guidance of senior staff, including sample preparation and data collection
Document experimental procedures and results accurately and systematically
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss findings and project progress
Support the laboratory staff in ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Assist in the analysis of experimental data and the preparation of materials for publication or presentation
Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe laboratory environment
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred, but not required as training will be provided
Strong interest in hands-on wet lab work
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
