Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various projects and initiatives within our organization, focusing on data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Contribute to the creation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed projects.

Support the implementation and testing of new systems or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and provide analytical support.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous experience or internships in a business analysis or healthcare-related role is a plus.

Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and processes is advantageous.
