We're looking for an Office365 Administrator local to the Atlanta area or a permanent, full-time job opportunity. In this role, you will manage Office 365 services, applications, and tools, including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint online to ensure high-availability and security for the support business applications. You will also participate in planning and implementing of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning, ongoing maintenance, and security are consistent with organization goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

The O365 Administrator will also serve as the primary point of contact for Office 365 technical issues, resolving cases and escalations. You will also proactively engage in problem resolution and collaborate effectively in both independent and team settings. This role involves contributing to long-term strategic goals, crafting security policies, and providing guidance and training to colleagues on Office 365 tools. They'll develop and support custom scripts, adhere to technical standards, and ensure quality across the Office 365 platform. Additionally, the Administrator will identify technology enhancements, maintain clear documentation, and work on projects within specified timelines. This role requires understanding business needs and aligning them with an architectural development roadmap to foster innovation.

Needed Experience Includes:

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field (preferred)

5 years Overall IT Operations / Infrastructure Experience along with 3 years Supporting the Office365 Platform (required)

3 years Supporting Office365 Exchange online/Messaging, Teams, & SharePoint (required))

1 year Building solutions within PowerApps (preferred)

Experience working with ServiceNow for ticketing/incident management (required)

Experience managing large environments of over 10k employees (preferred)

Technical Skillset that Includes:

Office365, Messaging, Teams, and SharePoint

PowerApps & PowerShell

Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

Network technologies such as switching and routing

Azure AD & ServiceNow

Bonus points if you have the following certifications:

Office365 Fundamentals

Office365 Administrator

Office365 Certified Administrator Expert
