Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday in-office required)

Compensation: Around $130,000 with flexibility for the right candidate

Job Description: We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in our client's ongoing digital transformation. This position requires a unique blend of technical prowess, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in transforming functional requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical contact for the Dynamics 365 platform, overseeing its development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.

Translate complex functional requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the development team.

Ensure the quality of development work, adhering to best practices in coding and DevOps procedures.

Lead and mentor a growing team of developers across multiple geographic locations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Coordinate closely with the Product Owner and Microsoft representatives to align the platform's evolution with the overall business strategy.

Manage the technical aspects of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including both backend and frontend development if necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong foundation in Dynamics D365 Customer Service and the ability to turn requirements into technical tasks.

Experience in managing development quality, with a hands-on approach to coding when needed.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and the ability to work effectively across different geographies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.

Prior experience working in large, complex environments, with a clear understanding of the processes and challenges involved.

Certification in Dynamics 365 is preferred but not a deal-breaker, as a thorough technical interview will assess candidates' expertise.
