Account Executive

Role

They are seeking an Account Executive for a full-time position based in North Carolina/ Virginia dedicated to expanding their reach in the energy performance contracting sector. This role focuses on engaging and securing contracts with Municipal, University, School, and Healthcare (MUSH) entities as well as other public sector organizations within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an ESCO environment, with a track record of effectively selling performance contracts to MUSH and public sector clients.

Strong understanding of the Michigan markets with established relationships within local MUSH entities and public sector frameworks would be highly advantageous.

Keen ability to navigate and foster long-term partnerships, backed by an in-depth knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and performance contracting.
