Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Assistant at West Publishing Corporation. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, responding to inquiries, and assisting with meeting preparations. While this role is primarily based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in administrative support roles is preferred
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
