Are you a digital marketing whiz with a passion for the multifamily housing industry? A Robert Half client is seeking a talented and motivated Contract Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Experience Team (DET) within the client's Communications Team. In this role, you'll play a key role in enhancing the client's digital presence, effectively engaging members, stakeholders, and the broader multifamily housing community.

What You'll Do

Assist the DET in project coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Partner with the Website Production & Analytics Manager to maintain the client's Drupal CMS website.

Review and approve website content, ensuring adherence to Digital Guidelines.

Troubleshoot website CMS issues for stakeholders.

Oversee and execute select digital platform projects.

Participate in departmental and cross-departmental meetings.

Ensure the client's digital and print materials meet accessibility standards.

Collaborate with other departments to maintain an "audience-first" perspective.

Analyze platform success and user experience through data collection and reporting.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.

Experience with Asana.

Proven experience in project collaboration, digital communications, and website oversight.

Strong writing and editing skills with experience adapting content for different platforms and audiences.

Knowledge of top project and content management tools/systems.

Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics.

Creative thinking and a knack for generating innovative digital engagement ideas.

Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points for

Experience in the non-profit or association industry.

Knowledge of Digital Accessibility best practices.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams).

Experience with Drupal CMS system, Google Analytics, and SharePoint file-sharing platform.
