Odyssey leverages the Social Integration Model for real-time therapeutic interventions while clients experience real-life situations. Social integration is used to ensure social and life skills treatment concepts are experienced in the moment, with guidance and support from experienced professionals.

We are excited to expand our network with the opening of a Residential Treatment Center in Locust Grove, Virginia! Named after the Black Locust trees common in the area, Locust Grove boasts popular historic attractions and lush golf courses. Our facility is conveniently located just off Germanna Highway/Route 3.

How You Will Contribute:

Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare’s facilities provide expert treatment for a variety of addictions and mental health disorders. The company is uniquely positioned to provide a full continuum of care along multiple clinical pathways. The CEO has overall responsibility for the clinical, fiscal, and operational success of the facility’s treatment programs, ensuring clinical quality and program integrity. The CEO directs the day-to-day operations, manages and develops staff, ensures sound fiscal operations, and promotes positive relationships with referral partners and payors.

What We Are Seeking:

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in business or clinical field of study is strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience within a behavioral healthcare treatment facility is required, to include a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated operational success in the role of Executive Director or CEO. Experience working in a corporate managed healthcare environment strongly preferred.

Other Requirements

Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Must obtain a clear TB test/chest X-ray.
