CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager with experience to join our expanding team. Excelling in all phases of construction for sewers, water/wastewater, Pump Stations and site development projects.

Responsibilities

Water and wastewater design projects experience.

Pump station design and rehabilitation, collection system condition assessment and design, inflow and infiltration studies, collection system rehabilitation, hydraulic modeling, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects.

Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.

Serves as the primary client liaison, meet client deadlines and project budgets.

Participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Experience in related field.

Professional Engineering license is a Plus.

6-15 years of related experience.

Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in NY and NJ, including pump stations, tanks, and pipelines.

A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.

Water/Wastewater treatment experience, Drainage, Pump-Stations is a plus.

Job Type – Full-time

Salary based on years of experience $125,000 – $165,000
