Supply Chain Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Manufacturing client near the Detroit MI area to help fill a Supply Chain Manager position. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize warehouses, logistics, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in controlling costs, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

in the development and optimization of the organization's supply chain strategy, setting clear goals and objectives.

closely with various departments to align supply chain activities with organizational objectives.

the entire order lifecycle, optimizing key supply chain KPIs for efficiency and accuracy.

demand forecasting, materials planning, and production scheduling to meet customer demands.

optimal inventory levels and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.

and improve the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) function to enhance production planning and efficiency.

goods handling processes, maintaining control over the stock turnover rate.

Qualifications:

degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

years of Supply Chain Manager experience.

experience in supply chain management, with a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives.

leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.

analytical and technical expertise to support various supply chain activities.
