The Role

Design and oversee the entire research process to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Manage full-service research projects to boost revenue

Serve as the go-to expert for enhancing the company's research credibility and product development

Your skills and experience

Requires 8+ years of experience in market research and customer-facing roles, with a strong foundation in primary research and project management from inception to completion.

Must have worked at a research tech company, with hands-on experience in developing a research team and processes, preferably in a startup.

Needs strategic and collaborative skills to connect sales, partnerships, customer success, research, and product teams effectively.
