CNC Machine Operator

A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment.

Description: Single function machine operator position. This position will work Monday-Thursday from 6:20am-4:50pm on a single machine running the same part class each shift. This part has tight tolerances so experience working with tight tolerances is a must.

Operate CNC machines (mills or lathes)

Perform in process inspections

Complete documentation as required by assigned task

Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed

Perform preventative maintenance duties

Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

CNC Machining experience

Experience working with very tight tolerances

Proficiency with GD&T and experience working in an ISO/AS quality systems

Detail oriented, organized, and highly focused

Pay: $20-$26 per hour (depending upon experience)
