My client are a distinguished general contractor based in NYC, renowned for their expertise in high-end luxury residential interior renovations and fitouts, with a portfolio of projects including apartments, penthouses, condos, townhouses, as well as high-end hallways and lobbies.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage job sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Oversee the delivery and installation of materials, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Provide regular updates on project progress to project managers and clients.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among project team members.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction.

Strong understanding of high-end interior renovations and fitouts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with diverse stakeholders.

Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage teams.

Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
