Marketing Project Coordinator

Calling all Project Coordinators with experience working directly with Marketing teams. Our technology client is looking for an entry-level Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team in a long-term freelance capacity.

This person must be located in Boston, Massachusetts.

This is a 40 hour per week freelance role that will begin as soon as the person is identified and will last for 9 months with likelihood to extend. This person will be provided with a computer.

This Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and assessing all project requests to identify requirements, scope, and objectives

• Communicating with stakeholders to keep all projects on schedule and share updates of progress

• Managing all projects through Asana

• Working directly with project management and marketing teams

The Marketing Project Coordinator’s required qualifications are:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management

• Expert in Asana for project management

• Comfortable communicating with external partners

• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels within the organization

The Marketing Project Coordinator’s preferred qualifications are:

• Background in Software or Marketing
