Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Packers Specialist)

Location: North Houston, Onsite

Schedule: 9-80 Work Schedule (One Friday Work from Home, One Friday Day Off)

Seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Packers engineering, specializing in Packers sand control, retrieval packers, or Production Packers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API 11D1 standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Packers systems for various applications, with a focus on sand control, retrieval, and production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient integration of Packers systems into larger projects.

Conduct thorough analysis and testing of Packers designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and performance requirements.

Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in Packers engineering to continuously improve processes and designs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to Packers systems during development or operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with a focus on Packers systems.

Proficiency in API 11D1 standards and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
