Kronos Systems Analyst

Immediate and long-term opening for a Kronos Systems Analyst to join one of IDR's top clients, headquartered in Dallas, TX!

The Kronos Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and translating them to technical requirements to pass off. In addition to gathering requirements, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the system.

Our client is currently using Kronos Workforce Central version 8.1 for their suite of workforce management solutions.

*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in Addison, TX*

Desired Experience:5+ years of experience in working with Kronos Workforce Central (version 8 or newer - Ideally Workforce Pro/Dimensions)

Experience working as a techno-functional Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

Have a good understanding of IBM AS/400

Strong background in communicating across teams to gather business requirements

Must have excellent communication skills and good technical acumen

Previous experience navigating Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
