Our client, the leading global consumer robot company, is seeking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their team in Bedford, Massachusetts! In this role, you will support the SVP of Music Programming Specials & Events and the VP of Celebrity Talent with general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and screening telephone calls.

**This is a 6-month contract to start, with the opportunity to extend or convert**

**Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts- will switch to hybrid after training*

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Total Rewards on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, & implementation of new programs.

Manage our salary survey submission process, including data submission to the survey houses.

Participate in ad-hoc compensation surveys and provide insights into the survey findings to key stakeholders.

Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.

Assist in the ongoing management and deployment of companies job structure including the review and creation of new jobs.

Administer the ongoing maintenance and creation of Job Families, Job Profiles and Compensation Grade Profiles within Workday, including providing guidance to HR and the business.

Serve as the analytical point of contact for programs such as compensation reviews, market analysis, and special projects.

Serve as lead in preparing data for proxy, pay equity analysis, and other key program areas.

Partner with the global HR Business Partner team in support of compensation related matters, including our annual compensation process/programs, along with a variety of special compensation projects as needed.

Work closely with our talent acquisition team in supporting our recruiting efforts, including guidance and support on offers.

Work closely with the HR technology team to support the integrity of our compensation plans and data.

Consult with HR Business Partners and management on job evaluations using market data and internal data and evaluations.

Work with the Compensation Team and Legal to ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and pay equity laws

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in compensation or a related field preferred.

Bachelors Degree is required

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, and complex functions.

Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.

In-depth understanding of regulations and requirements under FLSA, multi-state pay equity laws, and other areas of compensation compliance.

Experience supporting compensation systems and reporting tools. Workday experience a plus.

Experience using Radford survey, a plus.

Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills

Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will be well organized, and be nimble to work in a faced paced, changing environment and confident to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
