Our client, well established company, is looking for Event Coordinators. This would be a remote position and experienced and entry level candidates will be considered. This position is
$18-$20hr
Responsibilities:
Book venues, caterers, and schedule speakers
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
Research and negotiate with vendors to achieve most favorable terms
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
Additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in meeting coordination, customer service, administrative support is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Communications, Public Relations is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Well organized with multi-tasking skills
Problem solving ability
