Clinical Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for a Clinical Manufacturing Operator for an onsite position in Livingston, New Jersey! The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for daily manufacturing of cell products in support of the company’s clinical and commercial platforms.

Responsibilities:

Handle processing for biological products – close involvement of development, production, storage and release.

Ensure timely manufacturing and supply of all cellular products.

Responsible for daily completion of multiple batch records and accurate data entry electronic databases (must have knowledge of Good Documentation Practices).

Participate in non-conformance investigations and CAPA determination (root cause determination) as appropriate.

Responsible for performing various clean room duties and techniques on time sensitive material.

Accurately complete logbooks and associated records to ensure proper operation and performance of manufacturing equipment.

Responsible for the assemble, document and transfer processing kits to all laboratories, as well as maintain adequate production kit supply levels.

Work with Production Leads in the implementation of departmental improvements and changes to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

B.S degree in Biology, Bioengineering or related scientific discipline.

Must be be able to gown effectively in an aseptic/cleanroom environment.

Must have relevant experience with clean room operation and aseptic techniques.

Flexible in scheduling – must be open to periodic weekend and holiday work as necessary.

Knowledge of GLP/GDP/GMP and 1-2 years experience working with human cells in a production/manufacturing capacity is a plus!
