We are hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our New York office here at Finatal. As our newly opened office, this is a hugely exciting time to join and offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growing team, working alongside highly successful colleagues and industry experts. As a Consultant, you'll be providing quality, tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting revenue targets and ensuring a professional and quality focused service to clients and candidates. You'll become a specialist in your market, providing consultative services and market intelligence to clients.

The opportunities the US market presents are vast and we are looking for someone to support driving our presence and continued success!

What you’ll be doing:

Business develop daily through various mediums including calls, emails and speculative approaches

Meeting clients and candidates regularly, building and maintaining relationships

Continually developing your business and market knowledge

Building and developing your own personal network of clients, through LinkedIn market mapping, send outs & cold calls

Identifying, exploring and developing new business opportunities and pursuing leads

Pitching formally for new business and negotiating rates

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of mandates, taking ownership and responsibility

Sourcing candidates at all levels within your specified discipline through advertising, networking, headhunting and candidate referrals

Interviewing, registering and briefing candidates on job opportunities, as well as managing the interview process and offers

What we’re looking for:

A minimum of 2 years' previous recruitment experience - we are open on the industry/sector background

You’ll be eager to learn and immerse yourself in the industry

Results driven attitude with proven success in billings and working to KPIS

Bachelor's degree highly preferred however not essential

Accountability – push yourself and your development and always strive to be better
