Reimagine What’s Possible

Manage the GL Accounting team’s activities, including participating in recruiting, training, and task/resource allocation among team of accountants/analysts.

Responsible for professional development, goal-setting and performance appraisal of accountants/analysts.

Supervise monthly accounting close activities, including posting of journal entries, generating, and analyzing reports for assigned account(s).

Review balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements.

Supervise coordination with other finance, business, and operation departments to process transactions and review master data.

Leading process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.

Driving standardization of GL/overhead accounting processes.
