Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Ref.No. R1005610)

at our location in Singapore

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Lead the assigned dedicated work scope of Test and Commissioning

Conduct all required Test Procedure, Methodology & equipment testing activities in site related to project to obtain sign-off from Customer.

Preparation of technical proposals (testing and commissioning) for submission to LTA Singapore.

To arrange all test equipment required for testing in coordination with site Manager & team leader.

Mobilization of required test equipment arranged and made ready to commence testing in time.

Coordinate and liaise with Customers on application of Permit-To-Work for testing activities for approved proceedings.

Prepare and compile test report for submission to customer

Prepare and draft Method Statement Risk Assessment.

Supervise and monitor the site test activities at each specific T&C work.

Provide support to team leaders and site engineers in all safety related requirement.

Develops test plans and test procedures for Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Interface test (IFT) and System Integration Test (SIT).

Plan scheduling and job allocation for activities (to coordinate with Planner)

Participation in technical discussion and report preparation.

Organizing training programs.

Maintain and ensure line clear after each deployment and the site is always neat and tidy

You have:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Fresh graduates are welcome

Able to understand the regulation and requirement of local electrical practice and SMRT/ LTA requirements.

Computer literacy

Able to prepare Test Procedure and relevant technical document.

Able to learn and pick up cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables / systems that requires test and commissioning.

Willing to work in night shifts and on call duty.
