Requirements
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing clear and concise information in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy on time.
Track and document all interactions and steps taken towards resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service and meet company goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Identify and suggest improvements on processes and techniques to enhance the customer service and efficiency of the team.
