Job Description

Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking a candidate for a Software Developer Applications role to support National Science Foundation (NSF) where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. We support the Government as it requires vetting support in from experienced experts in the analytical practices of vetting, open-source analysis, identity resolution, and counterterrorism. Position requires onsite to local DC area to facilitate occasional onsite meetings.

Description of Duties:

Provides high-level expertise in developing complex SharePoint 2016 applications, SharePoint Online applications, as well as other platforms employed by NSF

Defines functional requirements based on business needs, produces, and maintains detailed technical documentation, and provides user support on technical issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or other relevant discipline

Minimum 6 years of SharePoint development experience; and minimum of 3 years working in an agile software development environment

Demonstrated experience transitioning an agency or customer from SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or another software platform
