Overall responsibility:
Developing & leading the implementation of an integrated Customer Excellence strategy for Austrian Janssen organization, driving our people & processes to ensure first-in-class business support and to increase competitiveness & effectiveness throughout the organization.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing the Business Excellence team & assures that business-relevant high-quality services are provided to the Commercial & Medical Affairs teams
• Anticipating and identifying new business requirements through close collaboration with Commercial & Medical Affairs teams and ensuring respective execution by the Business Excellence team
• Optimization of existing insights tools and systems & implementation of new data-based services to provide the best sources for information and reports generation
• Overseeing the design & adaption of performance dashboards and reports which empower for better decision making
• Driving accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making and empowerment to the lowest level possible
• Shaping the strategy that will enable the business to leverage digital as key channel of customer interaction and partner with ESO teams and/or other countries to find synergies.
• Accountable for full compliance and activities of the team with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles. Role models J&J Credo.
Functional:
• Master’s degree in Business Management, Nature Sciences or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in Business Operations, Business Insights, Sales and/or Commercial or similar
• Broad hands-on experience in the following areas: Business Insights, Advanced Analytics, Multichannel Marketing, Field Force Effectiveness, Field coaching, Project mgmt.
• Demonstrated track record in implementing digital projects, delivering multiple business-relevant services & solutions, solving problems, improving processes and building/managing high performing teams
• Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, core therapeutic areas & state-of-the-art analytics & tools
• Project and Change Management Skills
• Fluency in English and German required
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
