Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control Technician

Pay based on experience. Experience is not required, as we will provide training. Knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation control, or pest management is a plus. Pest Control Technician license a plus, but not required for applying. Additional advanced licensing is also available with training. Medical/Retirement Plan.

Must effectively apply knowledge to plant healthcare and pest control for residential and commercial accounts. Daily duties include: reviewing schedules, loading truck(s) with equipment for the day, driving assigned routes, customer contact via in-person or by phone, assessing lawns, ornamental plant beds and trees for signs of pest problems, and then applying treatment program.

Work environment is outdoors, with occasional indoor insect/pest management. Technician will be applying dry and/or liquid fertilizers, insecticides and fungicides throughout the year.Company Description
