Job Description

Join Samaritan Healthcare's Diagnostic Imaging Team! As a Mammography Tech, you are responsible for operating mammography imaging equipment to perform, under the direction of a Radiologist, specialized screening and diagnostic examinations of the breast to safely and accurately capture specific images key to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. In this role, you will integrate medical knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and accurate diagnostic information.

Requirements:

Washington State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist Certification (Equivalent to WAC 246-926-110 RCW 18.84)

Registered - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry required.

ARRT Mammo Certification eligible (must obtain within 6 months)

Certification in mammography

EMR, EPIC experience preferred.
