RM2500, Telecommerce, Eng/Mandarin, PJ

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM Level qualifications and above.

• Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.

• Candidates must possess great proficiency in Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)

• Candidates must be willing to commit to 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days.

• Candidates must have no issue to work on rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)

• Candidates must be energetic, positive-minded and a good team player.

• Candidates must be passionate and energetic in earning money.

• Candidates must be able to start working by 8th May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)

• Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in PJ.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products.

• Deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the products.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and to provide services to prospective customers.

• Advertise customers and close sales via various payment modes.

• Work closely with the other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
