This position requires a highly capable administrative candidate with strong organizational skills and prior customer service, call center and scheduling experience. Responsibilities include high volume reservations via phone and email, scheduling and dispatching. Must be a highly skilled professional with articulate phone manner and strong computer capabilities and an attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to multi task

Ability to articulate and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Results driven and solution oriented

Ability to make quick decisions based on task prioritization and deductive reasoning

Ability to proactively identify potential problems and escalate a situation

Strong written and verbal communication skills
