Japanese language skill is preferred, but NOT required.

Description:

Understand company direction and business plan

Contribute the product development, not only new product lines but also existing product modification/improvement

Forecast sales plans and achieve the goals

Customer Maintenance (Main Person in charge for assigned accounts)

Proposal to manager in order to improves employee behavior and motivation, initiates staff development objective.
