Dispatcher Customer Service Hybirid Schedule After 6 Months

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responds to fulfillment orders sent from a team of Account Managers

Performs outbound calls to Service Providers to schedule services (deliveries, removals, change in service, etc.)

Negotiates pricing to meet customer's needs

Responsible for fulfilling orders at a profitable rate and having a complete understanding of the Service Provider price structure

Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, and pricing structures

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

· High School or Associates Degree (or higher education)

· PC proficiency (Microsoft Office and Windows software applications)

· 1+ years dispatching experience (preferably within industries such as Solid Waste, Trucking, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Repair, etc.)
