Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of glazing projects from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Able to put together and send out submittal packages including product information, shop drawings etc...
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial glazing or construction management is required.
Familiarity with construction management software and have good computer skills.
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
