Commercial Real Estate firm in Dallas is seeking to add an experienced Commercial Property Manager to their team!

This is a direct hire opportunity offering fantastic earning potential & career opportunity!

This role will manage 3 office building properties in Dallas, Texas and will work closely with the corporate office.

Pay: $90,000-$105,000 + Bonus!

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building - from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with tenants, property owners and vendors.

From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve processes and procedures.

The Senior Property Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our commercial office building(s). You'll be a strategic partner, ensuring the property runs efficiently and delivers exceptional service to our tenants.

Responsibilities:

Financial Performance Champion:

Oversee all aspects of the property's financial health.

Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Handle tenant billings and delinquencies.

Lease Administration Expert:

Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance for both tenants and the company.

Oversee lease renewals, amendments, and tenant relations.

Property Operations Maestro:

Maintain the highest quality standards through property inspections, vendor management, and staff supervision.

Manage tenant improvement projects and capital expenditures.

Prioritize safety by implementing an emergency action plan and adhering to OSHA standards.

Leadership and Teamwork:

Provide guidance and mentorship to property staff.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in commercial office property management.

Proven track record of success in financial management, lease administration, and property operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Proficient in property management software (MRI, Yardi a plus).
