Placement Specialist/Recruiter

Job Description

Will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit employees to expediently fill client job orders.

Actively participate in account development, obtaining business from active and potential clients.

Assist with managing recruitment team’s goals and performances.

Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders.

Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions.

Proactively recruit, update job postings, and network.

Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.

Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team.

Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.

Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and trust and organization identity.

Desire to work hard and have fun in an engaging environment.

Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to routinely meet operational objectives.

Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills.

Bilingual is required (Spanish)
