INFINIUM has an immediate need for a conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated Glass Wall Assembler to join our team with the following:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Glass Wall Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing glass walls with metal frames for various construction and interior design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints or internal paperwork to understand the project requirements.

2. Selecting metal frame parts and glass panels according to measurements for each build.

3. Assembling glass panels into metal frames to form the glass walls.

4. Inspecting the installed glass walls to ensure they are secure and meet quality standards

5. Packaging the completed glass doors and panels adequately for shipment.

6. Installing appropriate hardware on doors and panels

7. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures.

8. Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

9. Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

10. Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities to streamline production processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a Glass Wall Assembler or similar role.

3. Knowledge of glass cutting and installation techniques.

4. Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for the job.

b. Miter/chop saw

c. Tape measure

d. Mallets/hammer

e. Pneumatic air nail gun

f. Glass suction cups

5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.

6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and internal paperwork.

7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or heights.

2. Good physical stamina and strength.

3. Use proper lifting techniques when lifting/turning heavy objects

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required with reasonable notice.
