Job Description
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has great energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment. We are searching for a highly motivated individual who is articulate, professional, engaging, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients
Answer phone calls as they are received and if applicable, respond to voicemails in a timely manner
Manage a shared email inbox – ensuring that all email inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
Log and track all verbal and written communication
Explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way
Participate in weekly customer service meetings to stay up to date on processes, procedures, messaging, and enrollments
Complete weekly homework to keep skills and knowledge of our clients and products strong
Present client webinars to up to 5000 people
Potential to participate in in-person meetings or benefit fairs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or post high school education
Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and presentation skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills executed internally and externally
Must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills
Superior problem-solving and conflict resolutions skills
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
Dynamic, ambitious and able to work well independently and within a team environment
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Salesforce and Sharepoint are a plus
