Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Details

Position Overview:

As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in our tax practice, providing high-quality tax services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tax compliance, planning, and consulting, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Tax Planning: Collaborate with clients and team members to develop effective tax planning strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness. Address client inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to add value.

Research and Analysis: Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations. Conduct research and analysis to provide guidance on complex tax issues and contribute to the development of tax planning strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other tax professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients. Collaborate with colleagues to leverage the firm's collective expertise and resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification is preffered.

2-5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
