Role Description The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for routine and preventative maintenance for building interiors and exteriors at the resort and provide outstanding customer service to both our guests and owners.

The position requires that the person be able to meet the physical demands of the job as well as deliver excellent customer service.

The starting wage for Maintenance Engineers is $21.00/hour.

Schedules include evenings, holidays, and weekends.

The open position currently holds a schedule of Friday - Tuesday working 1 morning shift 8:00am - 4:30pm, 1 evening shift 12:30pm - 9:00pm and 3 mid-shifts from 10:00am - 6:30pm.

The schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

Skills/Traits General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.

Must be able to work independently and without close supervision.

Requires good written and verbal communication skills.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours). Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move 100 pounds.

Oregon Driver's License and proof of insurance.
