As a Remote Live Chat Agent at Bulman Dunie Burke & Feld, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance and information through our live chat platform. Your exceptional communication skills and customer service expertise will play a key role in providing prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support: Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests through the live chat platform.

2. Information Assistance: Assist clients with obtaining information about our firm, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.

3. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.

4. Documentation: Document all client interactions and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated platforms.

5. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our firm’s services, offerings, and processes to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.

6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all interactions with clients adhere to company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and customer service excellence.

7. Remote Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors through virtual communication channels to share information, address challenges, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.

• Prior experience in customer service, live chat support, or a similar role preferred, but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally in a remote environment.

• Strong typing skills and proficiency in using live chat software and other digital communication tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to effectively address client needs and concerns.

• Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a remote environment, including the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
