Executive Desktop Support Technician (Contract-to-Hire) - Dallas, TX

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$36/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional technical support to a team of 3500+ users, primarily using Windows laptops but also supporting a small number of Macs (5-6).

Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of desktop and mobile device issues (Android and iOS).

Manage mobile device security using Microsoft Intune.

Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution, ensuring efficient IT service management (ITSM).

Configure and maintain network devices for optimal network performance.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers.

Leverage Amazon for efficient fulfillment and ordering of IT equipment.

Maintain a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite to assist users with related inquiries.

Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service to all users.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.

Proven experience with incident tracking systems, preferably ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of computer networking concepts.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting printers.

Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS preferred).

Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience with Amazon fulfillment and ordering a plus.
