Job Summary:

A hands-on accounting role to manage the outsourced finance and accounting functions for our entities in Philippines. In this role, he/she will be responsible for working closely with our outsourcing partner, Genpact to ensure all transactional activities and treasury related tasks are accurately and efficiently performed. He/She will also be responsible for managing the local regulatory reporting and other statutory reporting and foreign currency reporting. He/She will report to the Accounting Manager Asia and will work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the entities, including managing outsourced partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactional financial and accounting related activities and treasury tasks for Philippines.

Manage and perform month end related activities relating to the Record-to-report process, financial reporting requirements to ensure that it is in accordance with the local GAAP and USGAAP requirements.

Manage the company’s treasury functions, including cash management, bank and forecasting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements

Responsible for managing the local regulatory reporting and other statutory reporting for Philippines

Responsible for foreign currency reporting and treasury related activities and banking related issues management.

Manage the company’s tax obligations and ensure timely payments.

• Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.

Responsible to ensure SOX compliance.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis as required.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all financial transactions.

Responsible for management of relationship management with outsourcing service provider for issues resolutions for operational activities for the entity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements

• Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.

• Responsible to ensure that all the local statutory filings are made on time.

• Work closely with Asia tax team.

Any other task as assigned.

Computer Skills:

SAP, Excel, Power BI, Concur, Workday, Group reporting (or BPC, Hyperion or similar)

Other Qualifications:

Accounting/Business/Finance Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience in a multinational finance environment (healthcare or medical devices experience a plus), WILLIGNESS to execute daily transactional accounting tasks; desire to work in a fast paced, changing (currently unstructured) environment, excellent communication skills combined with cultural sensitivity, excellent spoken/written English language is required
