Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Understand the Customer RFQ and revert on-time for all construction and material handling application.
2. Generation of Conceptual designs for engine integration in customer vehicle
3. Conceptual layout preparation for sub-systems.
4. Discussion with Customer for vehicle integration, Resolve the customer challenges and make hassle free integration.
5. Understanding the application, Study of RWUP, Duty cycle and preparing CIR for the base engine development
6. Create the DVP based on application study, Co-relates all the o operation modes to make DVP robust
7. Create DFMEA, QFD for each subsystem basis the application
8. DVP execution on vehicle and create the report and signoff with customer
9. ORC closer with OEM and Manufacturing plant
