Job Description:Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within the Human Resources Division located at our Headquarters facility in Millersville, MD. This position performs compensation and benefits administration activities, absence management, database management, reporting, and 401(k) administration activities. Assists and supports the Assistant Chief of Human Resources.

Estimated Pay Range:

$61,228.06 - $84,188.41

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field plus five years of professional experience in Human Resources, which included any of the following: health and retirement benefits administration, compensation, or leave management. Prior experience must also include at least 2 years of database management. Must have a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Workday, great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
