McKenzie Health Care Recruitment is seeking an Executive Chef for our client to lead the culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors within Seniors Independent Living / an upscale boutique hotel setting.

As an integral part of our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your talent and compassion while making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take charge of the culinary team, actively involved in selecting, planning, organizing, and supervising kitchen operations to maximize productivity and skill utilization.

· Guarantee that each dish served is not just delicious and fresh, but also aesthetically presented, accompanied by attentive and friendly service that exudes warmth and hospitality.

· Display compassion and empathy towards our cherished senior residents.

· Exhibit adaptability, flexibility, and a keen focus on nutrition.

· Efficiently manage time and foster seamless collaboration within our team.

· Maintain effective communication and cultivate a positive, patient-centered atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications:·

- Red Seal certification is a must.

- 3-years experience as an executive chef

- Genuine love for seniors and a desire to enrich their lives through food.
