Water Treatment Service Technician

Open Northern Indiana, Southwest Michigan position, for immediate fill. ChemReady is a leader in water treatment technology for both industrial and commercial markets located in the Midwest United States. We support our clients with treatment solutions for boilers, cooling towers and closed loop water systems. Currently, ChemREADY has a need for a fulltime, Water Treatment Service Engineer I - Account Management for the following Responsibilities:

Provide regularly scheduled water treatment service, including but not limited to equipment functions and lab testing. Interfacing with building personnel, general contractors, and project managers to identify concerns and maintain good customer relations.

Commit to learning: Be technically competent and maintain current knowledge in water treatment chemicals and technology.

Excellent customer service skills to present company products and services to current and potential customers.

Maintain, monitor efficiency, and enhance water treatment programs on cooling towers, loops, boilers, etc.

Identify and resolve customer concerns, as well as provide water treatment expertise. Develop action plans and schedules to maximize efficiency for customer service requirements.

Be responsible for self-management, time priorities and commitments.

Receives customer inquiries and performs follow up procedures to include providing price quotes, new product information, and receiving feedback regarding company products and services.

Travels to customer locations to present company products, services and pricing information in a professional manner within the define territory.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform chemical testing on water samples and mechanically repair pumps and controller equipment as needed.
