Responsibilities:

Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives, addressing customer inquiries, informing them of any delays, coordinating delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

Process orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and product numbers.

Input orders into the system, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records, generate reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

Maintain active communication with sales representatives to ensure timely order processing.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales, marketing, and delivery processes.

Assist the sales team in enhancing productivity by scheduling customer appointments.

Address client inquiries regarding their accounts or sales products.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce preferred.

Previous experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
