We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. We are looking to hire a full-time or part-time physician who is willing to travel to and from our Bastrop Community Health Center and Family Health Center at Elgin locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Stay current on medical advancements and best practices

Foster a positive and inclusive patient-doctor relationship

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited institution

Board certification in Family Medicine

State licensure and DEA certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to patient-centered care

COVID-19:

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, CHCSCT and its employees are required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID-19 vaccination, wearing face masks and social distancing (disability exemptions available). This position will be included in the recent federal Executive Order (EO) and subsequent guidance, requiring federal contractors and employers with more than 100 employees to implement a vaccine mandate.
